Are the paintings original?

Every oil painting is original and created by Artist, Nicole Kupon.

Do you do commissions?

Yes! For commissioned artwork I would need your requested color palette and subject. Please email me at nicolekuponart@gmail.com or message me on the website and we can discuss what you have in mind and I can quote you a price.

How is my painting packaged?

Your artwork will be professionally packaged, wrapped, and secured for safe shipping

How is my painting shipped?

Free Shipping and handling included with every order. UPS Ground. 5-7 Business days

I want my painting sooner, could you deliver locally?

Yes! I can deliver to you in the Lafayette, IN and West Lafayette, IN area. Zip codes 47901 through 47909. If you would like this option please select local delivery at checkout. You can message me or email me at nicolekuponart@gmail.com and we can get delivery worked out after payment is received. I may reach out to you to set up delivery times if I have received your email address. Covid-19 precautions will be in place with mask and gloved delivery. You must be home for the artwork to be delivered to you.

Does my painting include a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every painting comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Nicole Kupon including the name of the painting, specifications, date of purchase, and signed by the Artist

Do you include hanging hardware?

Yes. I have already installed either a flat mount to the back of the canvas or for larger paintings, a Flat-Mount D-Ring with high grade wire, ready to hang.

Originals

If you are not satisfied with your artwork it may be returned within 7 days of receipt. The artwork must be in original condition; I do not accept refunds for artwork showing any signs of damage. I am confident that you will be thrilled with your piece you chose, but I feel that 7 days is enough time to evaluate your purchase.
